A couple of weeks ago, I went on a bit of a fruit binge. I bought cantaloupes, mangoes, papayas, pineapples, pears and bananas from Trader Joe's. My kitchen counter looked like I just robbed a tropical island. I bought all these fruits because I had a craving for a papaya smoothie and decided to stock up on the fruits I thought would pair well with it. The papaya smoothie was so good I took on my morning walk with Angel. It was far too yummy to leave behind.
Here's a list of everything I put in this delicious concoction...
1 cup papaya
1 cup cantaloupe chunks
1 cup pineapples
1/2 Bartlett 🍐 pear
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon Maca powder
What I really liked about this smoothie is it's not sweet. Hope you give it a try.
